Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BioMed Services website and the services we provide, including medical equipment rentals, maintenance, repair support, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services. By contacting us, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.

1. Service Scope

BioMed Services provides biomedical service support, including rentals (where available), preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and service coordination for medical devices. The exact scope depends on the equipment type, brand/model, service availability, and the agreed quotation or AMC terms. We may request additional details (model number, serial number, issue description, location) to confirm feasibility before service acceptance.

2. Rentals

Rental equipment is provided based on availability and suitability. Rental duration, pricing, and delivery terms will be shared in advance. The customer is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for the equipment and following basic operating instructions. Any damage due to mishandling, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or abnormal power conditions may result in additional charges.

  • Delivery and installation guidance may vary based on equipment type and location.
  • Rental extensions must be communicated before the end of the rental period.
  • Return pickup or drop-off method will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

AMC coverage is based on the finalized agreement, equipment list, visit schedule, and inclusions/exclusions. AMC may include preventive visits and limited breakdown support depending on the plan selected. Parts replacement and consumables may be chargeable unless explicitly included in the agreement. Customer must provide reasonable access to equipment, staff cooperation during servicing, and safe working conditions for our technicians.

4. Payments & Invoices

Payments are due as per the quotation, invoice, or agreed terms. For rentals and urgent services, advance payment may be required. Delayed payments may impact service scheduling or continuation of AMC support. Any bank charges or transaction fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Warranty / Liability

BioMed Services will make reasonable efforts to deliver safe and professional services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of equipment that is already damaged, poorly maintained, or used under unsuitable conditions. Liability is limited to the service fee amount for the specific job, except where prohibited by law. BioMed Services is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of revenue, loss of business, or consequential damages.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please inform us as early as possible. Same-day cancellations after technician dispatch may incur a visit charge depending on distance and booking type. Rental cancellations may be subject to logistics charges if delivery has already been initiated.
